The ASWGA Seminar and Dinner began as a valued opportunity for members to connect, exchange knowledge, and celebrate the achievements of the superfine wool industry. Since 2013, this tradition has evolved into the ASWGA Annual Presentation Dinner and Farm Tours — now a highly anticipated event on the ASWGA calendar.

This special occasion recognises excellence in superfine wool production and brings together growers, industry leaders, and wool enthusiasts from across the country. It offers a welcoming environment to reconnect with old friends, foster new relationships, and introduce prospective members to the ASWGA community. Guests and family members are warmly invited to join us for an evening of recognition, connection, and shared passion for superfine wool.

The 12th Annual Australian Superfine Wool Growers’ Presentation Dinner and Farm Tours was hosted by the Australian Superfine Wool Growers’ Association (ASWGA) Hamilton Branch on Saturday, 13 June 2026

During the day, guests were invited to attend farm visits to the following Superfine Wool Growers:

Kilmarnock – hosted by Brad & Victoria Venning
Glenholme – hosted by Everard & Matthew Linke
Glenara – hosted by Trevor & Kathy Mibus

A BBQ lunch was held at Yulecart Community Hall, providing a great opportunity to connect and catch up with fellow members and industry collegues.

The day’s events were capped off with the annual ASWGA dinner at the Hamilton Golf Club. A highlight of the evening is the announcement of the ASWGA Fleece Competition winners.
