WOOLMARK - Support for Superfine Trademark Brand Promotion Project - Superfine promotion and market/retail feedback - Strong liaison and connections around the world
AWTA - Working on improved testing and sampling methods for superfine - Collation of Superfine production statistics for processing sector - Working on improved sale and auction systems
AWI - Funding research - Advice and recommendations concerning the Superfine member
IWTO - Technical issues eg: Presentations to Merino Users Group (Promotions, Staple Strength issues) - Transfer information to the world’s processors of Superfine (issues include Testing of superfine wools, production trends marketing, market outlook)
FAWO - (Federation of Australian Wool Organisations) involvement with IWTO Regional Body - ASWGA is an associate member of this IWTO regional body

International Liaison |
Each year the President or Council Representative visit Overseas Mill members, Woolmark and others, and also IWTO Conferences on behalf of members and report back their findings to grower members |

- Only approved Quality Saxon background Superfine clips under 19.5 microns are accepted for membership - ASWGA Ramshead Trademark to be licensed to users shortly, aimed at improved quality standards - Representing the quality mark of the superfine industry - Use of ASWGA Ramshead stencil on bales and sale catalogue - Informs trade of membership and standards associated with ASWGA ideals |
