The Australian Superfine Wool Growers' Association Incorporated is an international association of superfine wool growers and processors founded to promote and further the development and marketing of superfine wool. Superfine wool is the "flagship" of the world's wool industry and leads the industry in the highest standards of wool production, manufacture and promotion.
Founded when many people failed to recognise the importance of superfine wool in the industry, the organisation now represents the majority of Australian superfine wool growers as well as the most famous and prestigious overseas manufacturers.
This association is recognised by all major wool bodies as the voice of Australia's superfine wool industry.
The Australian Wool Industries Secretariat provides administrative and advisory support to the Australian Superfine Wool Growers Association Inc (ASWGA).
